CURRENT AND PENDING MEMBERS: Foster Youth in Action’s national network partners are invited to send a delegation of up to four (4) young people and one (1) adult for a total group fee of $750 (e.g.: $150 per person). This rate is less than 15% of the conference cost and is covered by a variety of generous sponsors and donors. Included in this group fee are flights, all meals, lodging, and activities. In addition to the group fee, each participating group is responsible for paying for ground transportation to and from the DC airport and the conference site. Want to bring more than five to the conference? Absolutely! Fees for each additional person above the 5 included in the base fee is $1,200.
NON-MEMBER YOUTH OR ADULT PARTICIPANT fees are $1,200 person. FYA will cover flights, all meals, lodging, and activities for this fee. Non-member groups should contact us prior to registering.

To receive the $750 group rate, registration forms & fees are due by August 25th, 2017. After this date, conference fees will increase.
FYA will book flights for your group, so please ensure that all information for each participant attending the conference is complete, including full name, birth date, and designated gender on ID cards per airline requirements. We’ll be in touch to ensure that departures and arrivals work for you.
Youth and Young Adult Delegates will be in rooms of 3 to 4 with bunk beds. Staff Supporters will be in rooms of 2 to 4 in double beds or bunk beds. All rooms have private bathrooms. Please contact us for any room accommodation requests.
